Pinnacle Trust Update: COVID-19 Preparedness

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, we wanted to make you aware of the efforts Pinnacle Trust is taking to sustain the high-quality service, stability and flexibility you have come to expect from us, while striving to protect employees, clients and partners as well as ensure preparedness to run our operations in a contingency mode if necessary.

 

Given the current evolving environment, we are now directing a significant portion of our workforce to work remotely effective March 18. All unnecessary business travel is temporarily suspended.  Proper social distancing is strongly encouraged at all times.  Client meetings will be conducted, if possible, by phone or videoconference.  These arrangements are part of our business resiliency and continuity plans, and will help protect our employee base—both those working remotely and essential on-site staff—by creating social distance and limiting the transmission of germs and viruses.

 

Pinnacle Trust remains open and fully functional, and our teams continue to provide continuity of service and meet the needs of our clients and businesses effectively. We are confident that our current technology infrastructure and contingency plans throughout the company will enable us to maintain the integrity of our operations and high-quality services via personnel working from remote locations.
