Martin received a bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in Finance from the Else School of Management at Millsaps College in 2006 and an Executive MBA from Millsaps College in 2019. In addition to helping clients solve wealth management issues, he is responsible for all the fixed income and alternative investment portfolios at Pinnacle. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Martin was a hedge fund analyst in Washington, D.C., advising on approximately $2 billion for institutional clients. He has also served as the portfolio manager for a $12 billion portfolio at a state pension fund.
Martin serves on the Executive Board for the Brandon Futbol Club, where he also directs the Rankin SuperCup tournament. He is currently giving back to the game as a referee. Martin also serves on the board for Doug Owen’s Running with Lions ministry.
Martin lives in Jackson and loves to travel with his wife Jennifer, and three children, Kristoffer, Bella and Gianna. They attend Fondren Church in Jackson.
Martin was awarded the Mississippi Business Journal's Leaders in Finance in 2019 and Top 10 finalist for Top 50 Under 40 in 2021.
